You do not need to create an individual BrowZine account in order to access Harvard Library electronic journal resources. However, benefits include creating personalized bookshelves and saving articles to read at a later date. Your account will also be synced across mobile and browser interfaces.
To create a personalized account, once you are recognized as having access provided by Harvard University, click on the gear box in the upper right hand corner.
Click on the Login link on the right hand side. You can then register any email account you want.
Once logged in, you will be able to add journals to your Bookshelf and see unread articles from titles in your bookshelf, a great way to stay up to date on recent publications. You can learn more about the benefits of creating a personal login in the BrowZine Knowledge Base.
Subject areas of interest to the Longwood Medical Area community are heavily concentrated in the Biological Sciences or Biomedical and Health Sciences subject areas. Categories within the subject areas include: dentistry, public health, medical practice, and medical specialties A-Z.

Select Harvard University from the drop down menu
2. Select Collections, Journals, and/or Keywords to Follow
Shared collections are created by Read by QxMD users from around the world, including the Longwood Medical Area campus community. When you select a Journal to follow, you will be notified when new articles are released in that title. When you add a Keyword to follow, you will be notified when new article titles matching your keyword are released.
