Initiatives

The Center for the History of Medicine seeks access, discovery, and digitization initiatives that open collections to broader use and forge partnerships between those who collect and make available historical resources and the scholars that use them.

The Center is grateful to our donors and the following funders for their generous support: the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation; the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation through the Council on Information and Library Resources; the Harvard Library; and the National Endowment for the Humanities.

We invite you to browse our timeline of initatives, discover some of the resources we've created, and learn more about our current projects.
