Cooper, the Countway Library Therapy Dog

Countway Library is pleased to announce a therapy dog program starting on Tuesday, June 7. On Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning this summer, our staff will now include Cooper, a registered therapy dog. Cooper will be available to interact with library visitors for 30-minute sessions.

Cooper (http://hollis.harvard.edu/?itemid=|library/m/aleph|012777396) is a Shih-Tzu puppy who neither barks nor bites. When not at Countway, Cooper works with "Caring Canines"  as a registered therapy dog visiting hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities in the Boston area. He's friendly, energetic and would love the chance to to play with you ... or just snuggle next to you on one of our sofas.

Please stop by soon to meet our newest staff member!
